I turn complex business requirements into software that stays maintainable for years.
End-to-end delivery
I run the software delivery process from gathering and clarifying requirements, through development, to deployment on the client’s environment and post-launch support.
Leading a team
As a Team Lead I split the work, run code reviews and onboarding, and keep quality and delivery pace in check. I work in Agile/Scrum.
AI in the process
I use agentic tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) and a spec-driven approach — a written scope and plan drive the agents, and the result goes through review like any other code.
Beyond long-term engagements with companies I also deliver commissioned projects. In those I am responsible not only for the frontend and backend, but also for analysing needs, selecting the technology, defining the scope and priorities, and delivering within an agreed timeline and budget.
